Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

We greatly value personal recommendations. To recognise and reward successful recommendations and referrals, Croft Architecture Ltd provides a 'Referral Gift' for recommendations that lead to ‘friend(s)’ appointing Croft Architecture Ltd for their project, see as follows:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

The Offer

1. Anyone can participate by registering their name, mobile number and email address at http://info.croftarchitecture.com/refer-a-friend-to-croft-architecture. Upon registration you will become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will have already gained consent from the recipient that they are happy for you to share their contact details with us.

2. By entering your “Friends” details it confirms that you have gained consent to share their name, email address and contact telephone number(s).

3. Recipient (s) must not already Croft Architecture clients (“Friends”).

4. “Friends” must become a qualified client of Croft Architecture Ltd for the “refer(s)” to receive the offer.

5. When a “Friend” becomes a Qualifying Client, the “Referrer(s)” will each be contacted by Croft Architecture Ltd to notify them that their “friend(s)” have now become a client via their referral. The “referrer” will be rewarded with the gift “Referral Bonus” up to the value of £25 as per the initial referral form completed at the commencement of the process.

The “Referrer(s)” could choose from the following:

• £25 cash reward
• A £25 Amazon e-voucher delivered by email to the email addresses used to register (the “Offer”). E-voucher terms apply. No cash or other alternatives.
• Charitable donation of £25 made to the “referrer’s” chosen charity.

6. This Offer does not apply to Croft Architecture Ltd employees or their family members.  That means any new contracts made by anyone employed by Croft Architecture or relatives of a Croft Architecture employee won’t count under this scheme and will be disqualified from the Offer.

7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Qualifying Purchases

8. A “Qualifying Purchase” is a new appointment with Croft Architecture Ltd.

9. Only those referrals that result in a new appointment of the individual being referred will qualify for the “Referral Bonus”.

10. You will only be entitled to a “Referral Bonus” after your referred friend(s) has accepted and signed the contract with Croft Architecture Ltd.

11. Croft Architecture reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, without notice and / or to substitute the Referral Bonus for an alternative of equal or greater value.

12. There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

13. Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.

14. The Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
